Toddlers Cognitive & Creative Learning

23rd October 2013

Cognitive activity was loved by all toddlers. matching shapes, color & size. All of them did it twice as they loved it :)

New activity for fine motor skills was threading through pasta. Toddlers did not like it as it needed too much concentration.

Tried a practical life activity for toddlers by asking them to cut boiled potatoes using round tipped knives. A small demonstration from me and they seemed to find the feel of the knife cutting through the boiled potatoes interesting :)
Its so good to cut and eat :)

Toddlers Multi Sensory Activities

8th October 2013

Today's session was inspired by the little brain's inquisitiveness about how stuff functions, watching things open and shut, Pull out things & scatter, Surprise what's in !!!!

I used recycled materials for toddlers activities! They are simple to make, cost very little to put together and are great for promoting fine and gross motor skills, concentration, curiosity and cause and effect.
Toddlers loved to pull them all out as fast as they can, but little struggle to push them back......
